Full payment is required upon booking.
Cancel 30 days, or more, in advance of check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests 14 days, or more, in advance of check-in receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations occurring less than 14 days before check-in will only receive a refund of the cleaning fee.
No, there aren’t. The price of your stay includes everything, from a standard cleaning fee to applicable taxes.
No, we don't charge security deposits for the reservations made directly on Lyric.com.
If you made a reservation on Lyric.com, you are all set! We will send all the necessary information to access your Creative Suite 2 days before check-in.
We'd love for you to stay with us for a longer period of time. For stays over 30 days, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you out.
Generally, our minimum stay requirement is a single night. However, there are a small handful of properties where our building partners require us to have a two-night minimum stay. There is no maximum stay length, and we've had guests stay as long as a year.

Yes, most of our properties feature state-of-the-art fitness centers, pools and business lounges.
Some of our buildings have parking on-site for an additional fee. Otherwise, we recommend nearby public garages. Uber and Lyft are also great ways of getting around in our cities.
Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends as much as you do, we cannot accommodate them in our Creative Suites.
