Booking & Payment
When will I be charged?

Full payment is required upon booking.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel 30 days, or more, in advance of check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests 14 days, or more, in advance of check-in receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations occurring less than 14 days before check-in will only receive a refund of the cleaning fee.

Are there any additional booking charges?

No, there aren’t. The price of your stay includes everything, from a standard cleaning fee to applicable taxes.

Is there a security deposit?

No, we don't charge security deposits for the reservations made directly on

What's the pre check-in process?

If you made a reservation on, you are all set! We will send all the necessary information to access your Creative Suite 2 days before check-in.

Do you offer deals for longer-term bookings?

We'd love for you to stay with us for a longer period of time. For stays over 30 days, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you out.

Do you have a minimum or maximum length of stay?

Generally, our minimum stay requirement is a single night. However, there are a small handful of properties where our building partners require us to have a two-night minimum stay. There is no maximum stay length, and we've had guests stay as long as a year.

Can I book last-minute?

We require one day’s advance notice for booking. We don’t accept same-day bookings.

How do I access the apartment?

Every suite features keyless electronic access so you can come and go on your terms.

Is it smoke-free?

Yes, all our suites are smoke-free.

What size beds do you have?

Every suite features a premium queen-sized mattress from Casper.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM (local time) and check-out time is 11:00 AM (local time).

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes, most of our properties feature state-of-the-art fitness centers, pools and business lounges.

Is parking available?

Some of our buildings have parking on-site for an additional fee. Otherwise, we recommend nearby public garages. Uber and Lyft are also great ways of getting around in our cities.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends as much as you do, we cannot accommodate them in our Creative Suites.
